What is Cancer

Cancer is a disease in which the cell growth become out of control or abnormal cells which are divided into uncontrollable way. They may spread into different tissues, parts and organs of the body.

It can start in any part of the body making trillions of cells, and its abnormal behavior is so adverse that old cells survive more than they needed and new cells are formed without their need. These extra cells make up lumps or clusters which finally form a tumor. Many cancers form solid tumors, which are masses of tissue. Cancers of the blood, such as leukaemia’s, generally do not form solid tumors.
